Job Opening: Tele caller (Cold Calling) –Home & Loans (6 months – 3 Years Experience)

Job Location: Geeta Colony, Delhi (Candidates must be currently residing in Delhi NCR)

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & performance)

🔎 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller with 6 months–3 years of experience in the loan sector—preferably in mortgages, home loans, and other secured lending products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to engage clients over cold calls, and a basic understanding of loan documentation & eligibility criteria.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers for home loans, mortgages, and related loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits clearly and convincingly.

• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested clients.

• Maintain customer data, call logs, and lead status in Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales/relationship manager for further lead conversion.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, mortgage sales, or home loan telecalling.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent performance.

• Basic understanding of home loan/mortgage documents and processes.

• Must be currently living in Delhi/NCR
