Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for promoting and explaining various loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.).

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan solutions.

• Generate leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversion.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the system.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed.

• Coordinate with internal processing teams for documentation and application follow-up.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass. Graduates preferred.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome. Telecalling/BPO/Financial sales experience is an added advantage.

• Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English understanding is a plus).

  • Confident and persuasive.

  • Basic knowledge of loan products (training provided).

  • Target-driven and self-motivated.

Working Days & Hours

• Days: Monday to Saturday
