Telecaller Outbound

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role located in South Delhi at JD Institute of Fashion Technology India. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, promoting courses, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves maintaining records, following up with leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications -

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Strong sales and negotiation abilities

3. Experience in customer service or telemarketing

4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

6. Knowledge of the design education industry is a plus.

Employment Type : Full Time

Salary Range : 15 K – 20 K. (We can make an exception till 25k in special cases)

Location - Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi 110016

Work Timing : Monday – Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00
