Make outbound calls to potential customers in Automotive, Medical Devices, Consumer Goods & Engineering sectors.
Explain company services (Prototype, Injection Mold, Molding, Engineering solutions).
Generate leads and fix appointments for the Sales/Marketing team.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM / Excel).
Handle inbound calls, respond to basic client queries, and forward technical queries to concerned departments.
Follow up with prospects on quotations, payments, and documentation.
Share daily/weekly call reports with management.Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.
Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Prior experience in telecalling / customer service / inside sales preferred (B2B or industrial sales is a plus).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to handle targets.
