Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller who can clearly explain our product to customers over calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Kannada, with a working knowledge of Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers to explain the product/services clearly

• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns

• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details

• Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Languages:

  • English – Fluent

  • Kannada – Mandatory

  • Hindi – Manageable / Conversational

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to understand and explain products confidently

Experience

• Freshers, telecaller, or customer support executive preferred

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month

• Short-term contract (3 months) with potential extension based on performance
