About the Role
Xonier Technologies is looking for a Telecaller to generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling for our technology solutions, including HRMS, CRM, and ERP.
Key Responsibilities
Make cold calls to prospective businesses across the Indian domestic market.
Generate and qualify B2B leads for HRMS, CRM, and ERP solutions.
Identify decision-makers and understand basic business requirements.
Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team.
Maintain lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable with cold calling.
Strong convincing and communication abilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, or SaaS will be an advantage.
Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 5.5 Days Working
