Job Role: Customer Relationship / Sales Executive

Process: IDFC Banking Sales

📍 Location: Sector 5, Kolkata

🕘 Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for IDFC banking products

• Pitch and sell banking/financial products to customers

• Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets

• Ensure quality and compliance as per process guidelines

🗣 Language Requirement & Salary:

• Hindi + Bengali:

• CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000

• In-hand: ₹12,900 – ₹14,500

• Odia:

• In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000

💰 Incentives:

• Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month
