Job Summary:

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Inbound Telecallers to join our team at White Gold. The role involves receiving incoming calls from customers, providing accurate information, addressing their queries, and convincing them to visit our nearby branches for further assistance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers with a polite and professional attitude.

Provide information about company services and offers.

Clarify customer queries and guide them with accurate details.

Convince and encourage customers to visit the nearest White Gold branch.

Maintain records of calls and customer details in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the branch team for customer follow-ups and appointments.

🔹 Requirements:

Qualification: PUC / Graduate (any stream).

Language: Kannada & English mandatory.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Confident, customer-friendly, and persuasive personality.
