Telecaller का मुख्य काम clinic की leads को कॉल करना, service information देना, follow-up करना और appointment / sales generate करना है।
Leads database पर daily calling करना
Interested clients को clinic visit या appointment के लिए convince करना
Treatments, pricing, offers और packages की जानकारी देना
Follow-up calls — जिन्होंने पूछा पर convert नहीं हुआ
Inactive / old clients को re-activate करना
Feedback calls — service लेने के बाद customer experience check करना
Daily reporting to manager / CRM entry
Monthly sales target पूरा करना
Good speaking skills (Hindi / English)
Positive convincing power
Active listening & polite communication
Objection handling (price concerns / doubts)
Fast learner, service explanation में confident
Comfortable with daily target-based work
Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate — कोई भी
Experience: Telecalling / Customer service / Sales preferred
(Fresher also accepted if confident & good communication)
Female candidates preferred (clinic industry norms)
9 Hours shift (including lunch break)
Week-off as per company policy
