Sales Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to handle customer calls, generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain company services and offerings clearly to customers.

• Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Prepare daily/weekly calling and follow-up reports.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support / Lead Generation.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good Hindi and English communication skills.

• Confident and polite telephone etiquette.

• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification & Preferred Experience

• Graduate preferred.

• Candidates with prior experience working with construction, real estate, interior, or related firms will be preferred.

• Candidates with relevant telecalling or sales experience from other industries may also apply.

• Good knowledge of customer handling and lead follow-up will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
