Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, generating leads, and maintaining good communication with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle incoming calls and customer queries professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
Explain company products/services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Schedule meetings and appointments when required.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business.
Visit clients or attend field meetings when required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi and Marathi communication preferred; English knowledge is an advantage.
Confident and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to handle calls and convince potential customers.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
