Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Telecaller Sales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, promote our products/services, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and professionally
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Maintain daily call records and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and objections politely
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups
Update CRM or Excel sheets regularly

Requirements & Qualifications

Female candidate preferred
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream)
0–3 years of experience in telecalling or sales (Freshers can apply)
Good command over English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
