We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele caller – Admissions to support our B-School’s admissions team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call prospective student leads, provide information about programs, and convert qualified leads into completed applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and prior experience in tele calling or education sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using provided lead data
· Explain details of PGDM/Management programs, admission process, eligibility, and fees
· Counsel students and address queries related to courses, entrance exams, and career prospects
· Follow up with interested leads to ensure application completion
· Convert leads into submitted applications and maintain conversion targets
· Update and maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-ups
· Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team for smooth applicant handling
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and application conversion targets
· Ensure high standards of professionalism and ethical communication
Experience Required
· 0-1 year of experience as a Tele caller/Admission Counsellor/Education Sales Executive
· Experience in handling education or B-School admissions will be an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
· Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Telugu preferred)
· Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle objections and close application conversions
· Target-driven and result-oriented approach
· Basic data management and reporting skills
Tools & Technical Proficiency
· Proficient in calling systems / mobile calling
· Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with CRM or lead management tools is a plus
