Job title: Tele-sales Executive
Veer & Company is looking for a telecaller to increase sales by contacting current and potential clients. Your role will include gathering contact lists, finding new leads, and taking notes during calls to assist with follow-ups.
Some core duties for this role are:
Learn and stay updated on all product details and changes.
Maintain and update contact lists.
Call current and potential clients to promote products.
Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Take notes on key details from each conversation.
Inform the sales team about verbal agreements for follow-ups.
Record outcomes of all sales attempts, whether successful or not.
Job requirements, skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
Computer literate.
Superb verbal communication.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Excellent people skills, research abilities, and record-keeping.
