About the Role:
We are looking for professionals with strong B2C sales experience and good knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi/Mumbai real estate market. The role involves investment advisory, client handling, and end-to-end closure of land/plot opportunities for HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end sales from lead generation to closure
• Advise clients on high-potential real estate investments
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Build and maintain investor/client relationships
• Provide ROI and market-based investment advisory
• Coordinate documentation and closure processes
Required Skills:
• Experience in real estate sales preferred
• Strong understanding of local micro-markets
• Knowledge of pricing trends and investment opportunities
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with HNI client handling and field visits
