Job Description

Utkarsh Global Foundation is seeking a dynamic and driven Fundraising Telecaller to connect with potential donors, communicate our mission and initiatives, and contribute to our fundraising efforts. The role involves identifying prospective leads, effectively presenting our programs, achieving fundraising targets, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure donor satisfaction. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound fundraising calls

• Explain our social mission & campaigns

• Maintain donor data and records

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Handle basic donor queries & follow-ups

• Coordinate with the fundraising team

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience.

• Good communication skills

• Basic English + Hindi/Marathi

• Confident & persuasive

• Basic computer skills

• Tele calling/sales experience is a plus
