Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, connecting with students and parents, providing information about our courses or programs, and ensuring smooth communication between students and the academic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain available courses, batches, and offers.

• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries related to admissions, fees, and schedules.

• Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and ensure timely conversions.

• Record accurate details of every interaction in CRM/software.

• Coordinate with the counselling and academic teams for student updates.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling preferred).

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, discipline, and ability to work under targets.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
