Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic Telecaller to join our creative team at our Photo and Video Studio located in Kohat Enclave. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client interaction, has good communication skills, and is eager to grow in the photography and videography industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote our studio services (weddings, pre-wedding shoots, events, etc.)

Handle incoming inquiries and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Generate leads and fix appointments for the director.

Accompany the director on client visits to understand project requirements and offer suitable solutions.

Maintain and update lead databases.

Coordinate internally for scheduling, client updates, and shoot planning.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone.

Basic understanding of photo/video services is a plus.

Willingness to accompany the director for local client meetings.

Knowledge of Excel or CRM software is an advantage.
