Job Description

1. Driver Recruitment & Onboarding

Call potential drivers and explain how they can join the Uber fleet

Share details about earnings, incentives, and requirements

Guide them through documentation (license, RC, insurance, etc.)

Schedule onboarding appointments

2. Driver Support & Follow-ups

Regularly call existing drivers to check performance and issues

Remind drivers about document renewals (insurance, permits)

Help resolve basic queries related to trips, payments, or app usage

3. Customer Handling (if required)

Answer customer queries or complaints (rides, fares, driver behavior)

Coordinate with drivers to resolve ride-related issues

4. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain call records (interested drivers, follow-ups, conversions)

Update Excel/CRM with daily activity

Share daily/weekly reports with the manager

5. Incentive & Performance Communication

Inform drivers about new schemes, bonuses, and surge pricing

Motivate drivers to complete more trips and stay active

6. Issue Escalation

Report serious driver or customer issues to the operations team

Follow up until the issue is resolved

7. daily Cash collection from Drivers and maintain the record
