Job Description

📌 Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

- Generate and qualify leads for real estate projects.

- Explain project details, offers, pricing, and payment plans to customers.

- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

- Maintain daily calling and lead records.

- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English; Marathi is an advantage.

- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
