Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound inquiries, and promoting the company's products or services. You should be an excellent communicator with good negotiation and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and professionally resolve customer queries.

• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Record feedback and report any issues to the team lead/manager.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in [Language(s) – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and target-driven approach.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.

• Freshers are also welcome with good communication skills.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM
