Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at at The Royal Lands & Nest Co Operative Housing Society Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

• Handle inbound inquiries and explain project details

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Maintain call records and customer details

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)

• Confident, polite, and goal-oriented
