Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at at Technology Clinics. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Job‎ Responsibilities:

Handle‎ inbound and‎ outbound calls‎ professionally and‎ empathetically

Convert‎ leads‎ into appointments‎ and‎ follow up for‎ confirmations

Maintain‎ accurate records of‎ patient interactions in CRM or software

Coordinate with‎ doctors and support staff for scheduling

Provide support and‎ information‎ to walk-in‎ or referred‎ patients
