Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to connect with businesses, brands, and potential clients. The candidate will be responsible for introducing our media production services, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to business owners, brands, marketing agencies, and potential clients.

Introduce the company's photography, videography, social media, influencer marketing, and branding services.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.

Follow up with prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in CRM or Excel.

Build strong relationships with clients and business associates.

Achieve weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client communication.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Confident, persuasive, and professional speaking skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Ability to handle objections and maintain positive client relationships.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or business development.

Experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, or production companies is an added advantage.
