We are looking for a Clinical Advisor to join our team ResearchAyu. This role involves drive business growth by engaging with leads, building strong customer relationships, and converting leads into clinic visits.. The position offers an in-hand salary of 17000 to 25000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads and customers via calls, emails, and other channels
Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Address customer queries and concerns
Meet daily and monthly targets for converting leads into clinic visits
Conduct on-site clinic visits to showcase our offerings
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Knowledge of medical industry is a plus
