Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Drive corporate sales with both new and existing clients.
• Send customized proposals and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to finalize deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Ensure revenue generation through "exhibition stall design & fabrication" sales.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client servicing.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
