Job Summary:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Telecaller to generate leads and convert prospects into customers for our solar energy solutions. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining solar products and services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from databases and online leads.

• Explain company offerings and benefits of solar energy systems.

• Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.

• Fix appointments and schedule site visits for field sales team.

• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems.

• Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, and emails.

• Handle inquiries and resolve basic customer queries.

• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• HSC or Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (preferably in solar, electrical, or real estate sector).

• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of solar products or willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with Excel and basic data entry.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
