🔍 Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance and loan products

• Explain basic details of loan eligibility, insurance plans & offers

• Generate leads and forward interested customers to senior team

• Maintain call records and follow-ups

• Achieve daily call targets as assigned

• Follow company calling script and compliance rules

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass

• Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Freshers can apply

• Experience in telecalling / insurance / loan process is an advantage

• Must be regular, disciplined, and punctual

⏰ Working Details

• Working Hours: 10:30-05:30/ 10–6 (as per company)

• Weekly Off: 1 day (Sunday or rotational)

• Work Mode: Office-based only
