Job Description

Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain academy courses.Handle incoming inquiries and provide detailed course information.Follow up with leads via phone/WhatsApp and maintain records.Persuade and guide students/parents to take admissions.Schedule counseling sessions/demo classes.Maintain daily call reports and meet admission targets.Requirements:Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Previous telecalling/sales experience preferred (freshers welcome).Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge.Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
