Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller who is confident, enthusiastic, and has good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince customers effectively. Candidates with experience in telecalling or customer support will be preferred, although freshers can also apply. The applicant should be comfortable communicating in Hindi and/or English and should be able to achieve daily calling targets. Salary will be based on experience and performance.
