Telecaller

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain Olympiad programs and courses

• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and follow-ups

• Handle inbound calls and respond to enquiries professionally

• Clearly communicate course details, benefits, fees, and schedules

• Maintain and update student/parent data in CRM or lead sheets

• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments

• Schedule counselling sessions or demo classes for students

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English and local language

• Ability to interact politely with parents and students

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling apps, CRM preferred)

• Positive attitude, patience, and convincing skills

• Prior tele-calling or education sector experience is an added advantage
