Job Description:
What You will do:

· Make daily outbound calls to potential customers using company databases, CP databases, and lead sources.

· Identify customer interest, qualify leads, and aggressively drive site visit confirmations.

· Maintain strong follow-up through calls/WhatsApp to ensure visit attendance and re-visits.

· Build rapport with customers, channel partners (Cps), brokers, and reference networks for lead sourcing.

· Maintain accurate lead entries, call logs, and follow-up records in CRM and Excel/Google Sheets.

· Achieve monthly targets for Calls, Visits, Re-visits, and Bookings as assigned by Team Leader.

· Provide daily calling reports and status updates to the Team Leader.

· Ensure excellent communication etiquette and a positive attitude throughout customer interactions.

Requirements:

· Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

· Minimum 6 months' experience in telecalling in Real Estate / Insurance / Consumer Sales / BPO preferred.

· Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

· Strong communication skills; soft-spoken yet confident and assertive.

· Positive mindset with a target-driven approach.

· Good follow-up ability and relationship-building skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM applications.
