Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our remote team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.

• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries or concerns.

• Provide information about the company, products, and services in a clear and professional manner.

• Record details of customer interactions, feedback, and update CRM systems promptly.

• Achieve monthly targets in terms of lead generation, sales, or customer follow-ups.

• Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times.

• Attend virtual team meetings and participate in required training sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a telecaller, customer support, or similar role preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Preferred Language(s)].

• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.

• Comfortable working in a remote setup with stable internet connectivity and a quiet environment.

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
