We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our remote team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships via phone calls.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries or concerns.
Provide information about the company, products, and services in a clear and professional manner.
Record details of customer interactions, feedback, and update CRM systems promptly.
Achieve monthly targets in terms of lead generation, sales, or customer follow-ups.
Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times.
Attend virtual team meetings and participate in required training sessions.
Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a telecaller, customer support, or similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Preferred Language(s)].
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable working in a remote setup with stable internet connectivity and a quiet environment.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
