We are hiring a Telecaller who is fluent in Bengali to manage customer calls and support logistics operations. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining services, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound and handle inbound calls
Communicate with customers in Bengali (mandatory)
Provide information about logistics services
Generate leads and follow up with clients
Maintain call records and reports

Requirements:

Fluency in Bengali (mandatory)
