Telecaller

A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services, generating leads, maintaining customer data, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain company services/products clearly and professionally.

• Generate leads and book appointments.

• Follow the calling script and maintain call quality.

2. Customer Interaction

• Attend inbound calls and answer queries.

• Provide accurate information and resolve basic issues.

• Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

3. Follow-ups & Conversion

• Follow up with interested leads regularly.

• Convert warm leads into customers.

• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.

4. Data Management

• Update call details in CRM/Excel daily.

• Maintain accurate customer database.

• Prepare daily/weekly call reports.

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with sales team, field executives, and management.

• Share customer requirements and feedback with the team.

6. Targets & Performance

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

• Work towards monthly conversion goals.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in Hindi (English optional but preferred).

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business).

• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience as a telecaller/customer care executive is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

Working Hours:

9 AM – 6 PM

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + incentives (based on performance and experience)
