We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate sales leads, and maintain good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle rejections professionally while achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve performance and strategies.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–1 years (freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s) required].
Good listening skills and ability to handle pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Positive attitude, patience, and goal-oriented mindset.
