Role Overview
We are hiring Hindi Telecaller (Warm Leads – Male Ayurvedic Medicine) for our fast-growing Ayurvedic brand. This is not cold calling – you’ll call warm leads from Facebook/Instagram ads, build rapport, explain product benefits (Men's & women's personal care ayurvedic medicine, Diabetes, Weight Loss), and help customers place orders via WhatsApp or website.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call warm leads from Facebook & Instagram ads (no cold calling).
• Handle outbound calls for Ayurvedic product selling (Men's & Women's personal care ayurvedic medicine, Diabetes, Weight Loss).
• Talk to customers in a simple, polite, and confident way; explain product benefits and usage.
• Identify customer needs (energy, intimacy, sugar control, weight, etc.) and suggest the right product.
• Share WhatsApp catalog links, take address/phone details, and help them place orders.
• Answer doubts about price, dosage, or safety using our scripts.
• Record every call & update status in tracker/CRM.
• Coordinate with team for delivery and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily & weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Who Should Apply
• 1–3 years experience in telecalling/telesales/outbound calls, preferably for Ayurveda, wellness, or supplements.
• Fluent in Hindi (other regional languages like Tamil/Telugu/Bengali are a plus).
• Confident, respectful, and patient while discussing sensitive health topics.
• Basic sales skills – know how to handle objections and convince customers.
• Quick learner, able to understand Ayurvedic product benefits and dosages.
• Good at follow-ups, WhatsApp communication, and building customer trust.
• Familiar with CRM, WhatsApp Business, or sales trackers (preferred).
