Sales Telecaller

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Lead Generation and Qualification: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective buyers sourced from digital inquiries, walk-in records, advertisements, and past databases to gauge their real purchasing intent.

• Appointment Scheduling: Book showroom visits, face-to-face consultations, and test drive appointments for interested prospects, sending timely confirmations and reminders.

• Product & Promotional Communication: Explain vehicle specifications, variant differences, pricing, on-road costs, exchange bonuses, and active dealership or manufacturer promotional schemes.

• Query and Objection Handling: Answer inbound queries professionally, address basic customer concerns regarding availability or financing/loan options, and overcome initial objections.

• CRM and Data Management: Accurately update customer details, call logs, feedback notes, and lead statuses in the dealership's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or DMS (Dealer Management System) software.

• Sales Team Coordination: Hand off qualified, hot-lead profiles seamlessly to on-ground sales consultants or finance executives for final negotiations and vehicle delivery coordination.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling quotas, lead conversion ratios, and monthly showroom appointment targets.

Key Skills Required :-

• Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive verbal communication skills in regional languages and English.

• Product Knowledge: Basic technical understanding of automobiles, car loans, insurance, and accessories.

• Organization: Time-management abilities to handle follow-up pipelines efficiently.
