Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Industrial Telecaller to join our team in the engineering/manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a telecalling or customer communication role, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information

• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team

• Maintain and update customer databases and call records

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of telecalling SALES experience (industrial/manufacturing background preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Graduation or equivalent education preferred
