Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at at Rs Consultants. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Calling on Leads and conversion of Leads to orders

2) Collecting orders over phone calls

3) Payment Follow up (Advance)

4) Sending samples/Catalogues, Whatsapp, Emails, etc.

5) Coordination with OPD Deptt for availability of Stock/billin

6) Backend support to field sales team by Providing Information/ Sending POP-POS materials setting up new customer's meeting with field officer

7) Morning huddle of FSO as per the given format

8) Monitoring of daily sales reports of FSO

9) Monitoring of plans v/s actual FSO

Skills Required

· Good communication skills

· Customer handling Skill

· Good Follow up skills

· Basic Knowledge of MS Offic

· Work experience with Google Sheet
