Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller (Sales) to join the Travelosun team. Your role will include calling potential customers, understanding their travel requirements, explaining tour packages, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries.

• Explain domestic & international tour packages to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.

• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relations.

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

• Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-friendly.

• Basic knowledge of travel packages (training will be provided).

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
