Role & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and generate new leads through various sources.
Receive inbound calls and respond to inquiries about properties & projects.
Effectively qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and interest level.
Provide accurate and detailed information about our residential & plotting projects, including features, amenities, pricing, location advantages, and current offers.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
Build rapport with potential clients and maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
Address client queries and objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions or clarifications.
Follow up with interested clients regularly to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
Schedule and confirm appointments for property viewings, site visits or meetings with the sales team.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
Track & reporting daily call performance, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead generation and appointment scheduling.
Sales Support & Market Awareness:
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project details.
Continuously enhance knowledge of company's property portfolio and upcoming projects.
