Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller who can handle inbound , generate leads, and convert them into customers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards sales.

📌 Key Responsibilities: potential customers

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally

Explain company services/products clearly

Generate and follow up on leads

Maintain proper call records & customer data

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Build strong relationships with customers

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

🧠 Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Punjabi preferred)

Strong convincing & negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.)

Ability to handle rejection & pressure

Positive attitude and confidence

🎓 Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Experience in telecalling or sales (Fresher can also apply)
