Make outbound calls to potential customers (builders, contractors, architects, vendors, clients) to introduce the company’s services.
Explain construction/interior-related offerings such as site execution, design services, material supply, or turnkey projects.
Follow up on inquiries and leads received from marketing campaigns or project sites.
Schedule site visits, meetings, and follow-ups for the business development or sales team.
Maintain client data, update CRM or Excel sheets daily.
Answer inbound calls and resolve queries professionally.
Coordinate between sales, site supervisors, and project managers for communication updates.
Report daily calling activities to the team lead or manager.
Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic understanding of construction terms or interior site work (preferred).
Good listening skills and the ability to convince potential clients.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Prior telecalling or customer support experience (preferred but not mandatory).
