Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.

• Provide product/service information clearly and effectively.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during conversations.

• Update customer information in the system accurately.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a regular call log.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.

• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

• Polite, confident, and clear voice tone.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
