Job Description

A real estate telecaller contacts prospective buyers and investors via phone to generate property sales leads, explain ongoing housing or commercial projects, answer pricing and location questions, and schedule face-to-face site visits for field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound cold or warm calls using provided database leads.
Pitch property features, amenities, pricing, and location advantages.
Qualify leads by assessing client budgets, needs, and timelines.
Book property site visits and coordinate with field sales executives.
Log call outcomes, notes, and client status updates into the CRM system.
Follow up consistently with hot and warm prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Clear verbal communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in local languages and English.
Basic computer literacy and CRM tool handling.
Persuasive, polite, and resilient phone demeanor.
Prior telecalling, inside sales, or real estate experience (preferred).
