We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Explain products or services clearly and persuasively.

• Convert leads into successful sales through follow-ups and consultations.

• Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools.

• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and feedback.

• Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work with targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
