Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling & Lead Generation Executive to join our Real Estate Consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective clients, and scheduling meetings for projects of various Category A / reputed property developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.

  • Understand client requirements and provide relevant project information.

  • Generate and follow up on leads through telecalling and other available channels.

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings/site visits with the sales team.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead status.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

  • Promote residential and commercial projects from reputed Category A developers.

  • Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and meeting targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2–4 years in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or real estate.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident and persuasive telephone communication.

  • Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

  • Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

  • Prior experience in Real Estate / Property Sales will be preferred.
