Sales Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining suitable Residential & Commercial Real Estate Projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads/database.

• Understand customer requirements regarding Residential Properties.

• Explain project details, including location, configurations, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and available options.

• Promote Luxury Residential Projects, Premium Properties, Commercial Projects, and Studio Apartments.

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

• Schedule property site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.

• Follow up with interested customers regularly and maintain proper lead records.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate project information.

• Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for lead conversion.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain customer information and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.

• Build positive relationships with prospective buyers and maintain professional communication.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–1 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Real Estate preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Good Hindi and English communication skills.

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM.

• Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up schedules.

• Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Banking, Insurance, Education, or Telesales will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
