🔹 JOB PROFILE

Our client is engaged in the Banking, Finance, and Loan Services sector. Candidates with knowledge of banking, financial services, personal loans, credit cards, or finance companies are preferred.

🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking, financial products, and loan-related services.

• Explain financial products, including personal loans and credit cards.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.

• Update customer information and call details in the system.

• Communicate professionally with customers and support daily calling activities.

🔹 REQUIRED SKILLS

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language (Gujarati) is mandatory.

• Knowledge of banking, finance companies, personal loans, or credit cards is preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.

• Confident speaking ability and a polite, professional attitude.
